On the Development of Triple Homogeneously Weighted Moving Average Control Chart

چکیده

To detect sustainable changes in the manufacturing processes, memory-type charting schemes are frequently functioning. The recently designed, homogenously weighted moving average (HWMA) technique is effective for identifying substantial processes. make HWMA chart more persistent shifts industrial a double (DHWMA) has been proposed recently. This study intends to develop triple (THWMA) efficient monitoring of process mean under zero- and steady-state scenarios. non-normal effects characteristics in-control situations heavy-tailed highly skewed contaminated normal environments computed both states. relative efficiency structure compared with HWMA, DHWMA, exponentially (EWMA), EWMA, EWMA control schemes. analysis reveals that THWMA design performs efficiently than existing counterparts. An illustrative application related substrate also incorporated demonstrate proposal.
